Payment Policy

Approved Payment Methods:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available for orders within supported delivery areas.
The full amount is paid to the delivery representative upon receiving the order.

2. Bank Transfer

Sending or receiving any payment before the customer receives the product and the order is marked Delivered is prohibited.
Only after delivery do the bank account details and receipt upload action appear in the order details.
Management reviews the receipt and may request a replacement if it is unclear or does not match the locked final amount.

Currency:

All prices and delivery fees are displayed in Libyan Dinars (LYD).

Amount Confirmation:

Products, discounts, rewards, and delivery fees are shown before order creation, and the final amount is locked after administrative confirmation.

Refunds:

When a paid return is approved, the refund method is coordinated with the customer after the returned product is received and reviewed.
