How to Delete Account

To delete your account from the TAMII SHOP app, please follow these steps:

Open the TAMII SHOP app on your phone.
Log in to your account if you are not already logged in.
Go to the "Account" section from the bottom menu.
Open Account Details, then choose Delete Account from the sensitive zone.
Press "Delete Account".
A warning message will appear asking you to confirm your desire to delete the account, and that this process is irreversible.
Enter your current password to re-authenticate, then enter the OTP sent to your registered phone number.
After entering the code correctly, you will be permanently logged out and the account will be deleted.

What happens after deletion?

Deleted Data:

Your login account (phone number and password) and personal data associated with the account, such as delivery addresses that are no longer legally or operationally required to be kept, will be erased.

Retained Data:

We may retain some records related to previous orders for accounting and administrative purposes after separating them from your identity.

Active Orders:

Records needed to complete active orders, returns, or disputes are not removed immediately. They are detached from the account and follow the system retention and cleanup lifecycle.
